Order Placement

Our customers do not have to spend their time on contacting or making payments to multiple publishers in the US or worldwide. As a part of our Subscription Management Services we handle all of your subscription needs so that you only have to contact us for new orders, payments, renewals and any questions you may have. You can contact us by phone, email or fax. You can make your payment by check, credit card or by wire transfer. Once you place your order with us we immediately start fulfilling your orders through the publishers worldwide and will notify you about the status of your order promptly upon placing your orders with the publishers.

Online Publications
|
Online versions of publications may or may not be included in their print subscriptions. Many publishers provide online subscriptions separately. Online version prices for Institutional subscribers may be based on their usage and number of users. Our Search Services and Subscription Management Services cover online subscriptions as well. After we place your order for your online subscription you will receive instructions directly from the publishers for setting up your online access. If you need assistance you can contact us. You can also register your online access information with us so that we can administer your authorized usage and users according to your instructions.

Missing Issues
|
Despite publishers’ best efforts, timely delivery of subscribed publications to the customers may be disrupted from time to time. Occasionally a shipment is lost in mail, misdirected or damaged. Claims for such missing issues must be reported to publishers in a timely fashion or the subscriber may loose the chance to receive replacement issues. Another consequence of untimely claims is that missing issues may become unavailable. Our customers report their claims for missing issues only to one source, to us. As a major feature of our Subscription Management Services we handle our customers missing issues claims in a timely fashion. Back Issues
|
We can provide complete sets or single issues of publications for non-current subscription years. Back issues may be available from the publishers or other sources. They may be available in only one or more or all of different formats such as print, online, microfilm, microfiche or compact disc. We can find out what is available and provide it for you. Account Reports
|
As a customer you will have a 24 hours, 7 days a week secured access to your account through our website. You can see the list of publications you subscribe to, their publishers, subscription periods and their status. You can send us your comments or questions online. If you need reports in special formats, different frequencies or with other features than our standard reports we can prepare custom reports for your special needs. Please view a demo.
